The PSS is forever dedicated to continue His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada’s ISKCON AS IT IS. We are accepting Srila Prabhupada as the teacher of everyone and the life of all people. He is the divine incarnation of Lord Sri Krishna- shaktyavesa avatara, fully empowered by the Lord to elevate all beings to the platform of Krishna Consciousness, where everyone becomes peaceful and prosperous.

This can be accomplished by the re-establishment of the varnasrama system: The social, political and spiritual structure that was prevelant in the three previous yugas, before the advent of so many 'isms' characterized in the present age of Kali.
Bhagavad-gita 4.13, translation: "According to the three modes of material nature and the work ascribed to them, the four divisions of human society were created by Me. And, although I am the creator of this system, you should know that I am yet the non-doer, being unchangeable."Because it is created by the Lord Himself, it is the perfect system for the happiness of all human beings, regardless of caste or creed. Srila Prabhupada as God’s representative is guiding us to establish it, for he knows it will make the whole human society happy in all respects.

Lecture April 02, 1974: "So if you want to remodel your life, the society, the human society, nationally or internationally--everything is spoken here, international--then you have to take to the advice of Krsna. This is the purpose of Krsna consciousness movement: wholesale, thorough, overhauling of the human society. We have not manufactured anything, concocted things. It is very scientific. If you actually want to fulfill the mission of your life, then you have to take to this advice of Bhagavad-gita, very scientific and spoken by the Supreme Personality of Godhead, without any defects."The Prabhupada Sankirtan Society has taken up the order and plan of Srila Prabhupada to establish the Varnasrama System, taking directions exclusively from Srila Prabhupada.

Bhagavad-gita 11.34 purport: “The plans of the Supreme Personality of Godhead are understood by his mercy and the plans of the devotees are as good as His plans. One should follow such plans and be victorious in the struggle for existence.”

Srimad Bhagavatam 5.1.24 purport: ”It is this daiva-varnasrama that should be introduced all over the world to continue a perfect society of Krishna consciousness.”
The Prabhupada Sankirtan Society 2006 mission statement

Purpose: to execute the order; will of His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, founder acarya of the International Society for Krishna consciousness
Plan:

1. Establish varnasrama system of the four social orders: brahmanas, ksatriyas, vaisyas and sudras.
2. To establish the four spiritual orders: brahmacari, grhasta, vanaprastha and sannyasa after the four social orders are functioning nicely, as directed by our spiritual master.
3. Establish the varnasrama college, teaching the duties of the four orders of brahmana, ksatriyas, vaisyas and sudras.
4. Continue the practice of sadhana-bhakti, the original morning and evening programs of classes, worship and kirtan of early ISKCON.Letter to Cakravarti December 02, 1975 : ”The students must all attend morning and evening arati and classes. If we follow this simple program along with regular sankirtana, distributing the books and preaching, then there will be no fall down."
5. Continue ISKCON Food Relief program started by Srila Prabhupada
6. Establish cow protectionSrimad Bhagavatam 1.16.4 purport: ”Human civilization means to advance the cause of brahminical culture, and to maintain it, cow protection is essential. There is a miracle in milk, for it contains all the necessary vitamins to sustain human physiological conditions for higher achievements. Brahminical culture can advance only when man is educated to develop the quality of goodness, and for this there is a prime necessity of food prepared with milk, fruits and grains.”
7. Become completely self-sufficient, depending on the Lord, His pure devotee, the land and mother cow.Letter to Rupanuga December 18, 1974:"Our farm projects are an extremely important part of our movement. We must become self-sufficient by growing our own grains and producing our own milk, then there will be no question of poverty. So develop these farm communities as far as possible. They should be developed as an ideal society depending on natural products not industry."
8. For self- sustenance: Developing a garden consisting of:
1. Grains 2. Vegetables 3. Fruit 4. Beans 5. Fruit trees 6. Berries 7. Nut trees and 8. a Bee yard
Eleven points of action
1. Construction of residences for more devotees
2. Construction of a temple and goshala
3. Constructing Varnasrama College building
4. Stocking grains, beans and other foods
5. Obtain weaving equipment
6. Employ hand-powered devices to be able to always hear Srila Prabhupada
7. Obtain farming tools
8. Adopt a non-electric irrigation system
9. Continue preaching the glories of the Lord and His representative Srila Prabhupada by sankirtan, book distribution and festivalsRoom Conversation 'Varnasrama System Must Be Introduced' February 14, 1977, Mayapura. Prabhupada: "Chanting will go on. That is not stopped. But at the same time the varnasrama-dharma must be established to make the way easy."
10. Employ bullock carts for transportation and castor oil for lighting and medicine
11. Become fully Krishna conscious and go back home, back to Godhead
